Choose the appropriate destination
DNEVEN has branches at Ciputra World Mall and Galaxy Mall. Choose according to your pickup route or the destination that fits best. For larger quantities and business gifts, use Corporate Orders as a separate path.
Every order button opens one choice dialog. The site never sends a message to multiple numbers; you choose one destination and continue to WhatsApp with an editable opening message.
Prepare the basic information
If you have chosen a product, use the WhatsApp button on its page so the variety is included in the opening message. Add the date, pickup or delivery need, and any relevant size question.
Prices and stock are not displayed on the site. Wait for the official contact to confirm current conditions and avoid sharing personal information that is not needed.
Use location information as a fallback
The location section provides addresses, hours, direct Google Maps links, and one map that switches between Ciputra and Galaxy. The map loads lazily; addresses and direct links remain available when the iframe is blocked or you are offline.
Published hours are Tuesday through Sunday from 10:00 to 22:00, with both branches closed Monday. Confirm special holiday changes on WhatsApp before traveling.
